Made of stainless-steel, each Wachsen drying cart is designed to hold up to 30 trays at once, spread out among 3 columns. Choose from white or blue food-grade polypropylene or stainless-steel trays. Each tray can hold up to 3 pounds of wet product meaning that up to 90 pounds of wet trim can be dried at once on the Wachsen Drying Cart-30. The cart, trays and stainless-steel base pans clean up easily to help keep your facility’s sanitation levels to the highest standards.
